HOW TO GRADE YOUR CARTRIDGE
We grade all cartridges into 3 separate categories – namely Grade A, Grade B and Grade C. The definitions of Grade Originals are as follows:

• A brand-new, unused, unopened and undamaged item in current original retail quality packaging. |
• A brand-new, unused, unopened item in current style packaging which may have minor label damage and/or writings on the packaging. |
• An unused item that may be missing its original packaging or the original packaging has been opened and is no longer sealed, but the internal sealed bag is still sealed. |

• The packaging must be in good condition with no writing, excess labels, tears on the box. |
• A brand-new, unused, unopened retail quality item in the “old” or previous OEM manufacturers packaging. |
• This grade of product may also be in the previous style OEM manufacturers packaging that has label damage and/or writings on the packaging. |

• Where applicable; a minimum of 12 months remaining shelf life on the “used by” date. |
• Where applicable; the item has exceeded the shelf life “used by” date or has less than 12 months remaining. |
